If your delivery is not identical to your order (eg. wrong product sent or if a product is missing) due to our oversight, please contact us with your order number and the issue.
Any issue with your order must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 7 days (Singapore orders) and 20 days (international orders) from order fulfilment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work out the best resolution for you.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange within 48 hours.
To opt for an exchange, please write in to us via the contact form on your order and we will revert to you shortly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and exchange for fragrances due to hygiene reasons.
